TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to use of this website and requests for Notarization Nation services.
Service Requests
Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. Availability, location, document requirements and applicable fees must be reviewed and confirmed before service.
Signer Responsibilities
The signer must appear as required, be willing and able to sign, present satisfactory identification and provide a complete document. The signer is responsible for understanding the document and confirming with the receiving party which notarial act or certificate is required.
Not Legal Advice
Notarization Nation is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, select a notarial act or advise whether a document will achieve its intended legal effect. Questions about a document should be directed to its issuer or a qualified attorney.
Right to Refuse
Service may be declined when identification is insufficient, the document is incomplete, the signer does not appear willing or aware, fraud or coercion is suspected, the requested act is not permitted, or applicable legal requirements cannot be met.
Fees and Estimates
Website estimates are informational. Final pricing depends on the confirmed location, travel, document package, printing needs, number of acts and other requested services. Fees will be confirmed before service.
Appointments and Access
The customer is responsible for providing accurate location and access information. Facility and correctional-setting appointments depend on facility approval, operating rules and signer availability.
Apostilles and Out-of-State Acts
Notarization Nation may notarize an eligible document that will later be submitted for an apostille but does not issue apostilles. A Wisconsin commission cannot be used to perform a notarial act outside the jurisdiction where it is valid.
Website Information
Website content is general information and may be updated. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every listed document or service is eligible in every circumstance.
